Can you help?

I am trying to find some information about Meldrum's Land, Calderbank, which was where my great grandfather and my baby uncle were buried. I have dates, around 1918, but have been unsuccessful at finding any such place.

Ann Gray

Can anyone help?
I am descended from a John PATERSON 1824-1885. His parents were Archibald PATERSON & Margaret CRAWFORD. So far I have traced his career from Airdrie to his death in Tenterfield NSW Australia.
He was my ggggrandfather on my mother's line.
He joined the army so spent his life from 1839 at various places around the world, including Malta, the Crimea, Bermuda, Nova Scotia, the Falkland Islands after which he was discharged from the army and migrated to Australia.
He had two surviving brothers who remained in Airdrie.
They were
George Russell PATERSON 1826-1910 and
James Crawford PATERSON 1829-1906.

The story of the brothers who remained in Airdrie is of interest because it traces their lives from being handloom weavers and into the mining and baking industries and also railway work.
I have not so far been able to go beyond about 1910 but would love to continue the family story beyond that.
My ggggrandfather had been a tanner before enlisting, so escaped a very putrid job.
Anne Maye in Australia.
